TNL VIP Terms and Conditions

The TNL VIP Card entitles you to discounts and privileges when participating in promotional campaigns associated with TNL RN.
This card is valid for a period of one (1) year following the date of issue. Renewal of membership thereafter will be subject to a fee.
TNL reserves the right to change any and all conditions of issue. Notice will be given prior to such changes via e-mail/telephone/post.
TNL RN reserves the right to cancel the use of this card without any prior notice to the owner of the card.
The TNL VIP card remains the property of TNL RN, and the card is subject to recall at the discretion of TNL RN.
Termination of VIP membership is at the discretion of TNL RN subject to any violation/misuse of the card.
TNL VIP partner offers are subject to cancellation or change – this will be notified to all members via email/telephone/post.
TNL RN will not be held accountable should any information associated with this card be invalid. Furthermore, TNL RN will have no responsibility should this card be abused in any way, by any of the parties.
TNL reserves the right to reject any application submitted through this form. Furthermore, TNL RN will have no responsibility should a TNL VIP card not reach the applicant. Therefore please ensure to fill out your address carefully and correctly.
The TNL VIP card is non-transferable.
The TNL VIP card cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.
You will need to produce a valid form of identification at the time of purchase when using the card.
Members cannot combine the value of their cards for a collective discount.

To subscribe to the TNL VIP card, a payment of Rs, 350 must be made at our head office at #52 Fifth Lane Colombo 03 within two weeks of submitting this application. Please note that VIP card membership is at the discretion of TNL RN and application does not ensure registration for the TNL VIP card system.

Please note that this application does not confirm registration to the TNL VIP Card system. You will receive a confirmation email following which payment must be made within two weeks of application in order to successfully complete registration.
